The Superstar Racing Experience or SRX will compete at the Knoxville Raceway this season. The SRX will run a race on Saturday June 19th during the Knoxville Championship 410 sprint cars and will be a part of a two day weekend of racing with the 360 and Pace Performance Pro Sprints on Friday June 18th. The SRX will showcase some of the most accomplished drivers in racing from both American and international backgrounds in six equally prepared machines. Some of the drivers that have confirmed their entry in SRX are Three time Indianapolis 500 Champion Helio Castroneves, NASCAR Cup Series Champion Bill Elliott, 17 time Trans-Am Series winner Willy T. Ribbs, and Nine time Formula One Winner Mark Webber among others. Earlier, the raceway announced the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series was running an event on July 9th. Tickets for the SRX event will go on sale in February.
