Over the past week, 115 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Marion County to the State of Iowa Database. In total, 52 residents have died due to the virus and 2815 are considered recovered by Marion County Public Health. A long-term care outbreak continues at West Ridge Specialty Care; 52 total positives have been reported, with eight over the past 14 days and four considered recovered. There are five Marion County residents hospitalized with the virus.
