Jessica Russell in Medical Imaging, was selected as Pella Regional Health Center’s December Shining Star for her high performance standards.

The Otley resident was nominated based on attitude, communication and etiquette.

Excerpt from her nomination:

“I have an ultrasound every month due to my twin pregnancy and had the pleasure of having Jessica as my ultrasound tech every time. She takes time to answer all of my questions and includes my husband in the conversations. She is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make my husband and I comfortable during my ultrasounds. Jessica is very professional and represents Pella Regional well in every aspect. I look forward to my ultrasound every month knowing that Jessica is patient and understanding of every concern I may have.”

Russell will receive $100, a plaque, and will automatically be nominated for Shining Star of the Year award.
