The PCM Mustangs girls basketball team has had a down year, but that hasn’t hindered the dedication of their four seniors. Emma George, Celeste Wagaman, Lilli Baird, and Riley Hjortshoj bring their best effort to every game and practice.

Head Coach Jeff Lindsay has special praise for this special group of girls as their high school basketball careers come to an end.

“They’ve been good leaders and that’s been the important thing because with not winning a lot this season it can be really easy to lose a team a little bit. But those four girls have shown their leadership ability.”

The Mustangs will next hit the hardwood on Monday for a girls only matchup against Saydel starting at 7:30 in Des Moines.
