Today is a schedule redo after Tuesday’s winter storm as the Panthers’ girls basketball team hits the road for competition.

Knoxville will continue conference play two days later than previously planned as they travel to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont this evening. The Panthers are trying to keep pace in the South Central Conference with 1st place, undefeated Centerville, and will do so against a Rockets team they haven’t seen yet this season due to weather conditions in December. Assistant Coach Troy Pearson says EBF is a league foe that offers a lot of looks, and will be a tough team to crack twice in eight days.

Action for the Panthers’ girls begins at 7:45 p.m. in Eddyville. Knoxville’s boys will take on the Rockets Saturday, as Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont is scheduled to be at Pella Christian this evening.
