The Iowa High School Music Association is proceeding with schools hosting the annual State Jazz Contest this weekend in the southern half of Iowa. Pella High School is a host site, with three ensembles performing and Knoxville, Oskaloosa, and Davis County all joining. Performances begin at 8:20 a.m., with Knoxville scheduled at 9 and Pella from 11:15 to 2 p.m.

Indianola and Norwalk are scheduled to compete at Norwalk High School as well. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS for results early next week.
