The postseason is officially underway for local high school basketball teams, with action beginning tonight. Two Class 3A girls games will be played this evening, as Knoxville travels to Newton, a game that will air live on 95.3 KNIA. On the KRLS3 stream, PCM travels to take on Nevada. Both games tip off at 7:00 p.m., with pregame coverage beginning at 6:45.

Class 2A action begins Monday, with the Pleasantville boys hosting Colfax-Mingo. Coverage of that game can be heard on the KNIA3 stream.

Pella Christian and Pleasantville’s girls begin their postseason on Tuesday. Pella, Knoxville and Norwalk girls begin Wednesday. The Pella Christian and PCM boys teams both begin their postseason Thursday, and the large schools begin their postseasons the following week.
