The Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation is accepting applications for post-secondary scholarships through March 1st. These scholarships are for Knoxville High School graduates in their second, third or fourth year of post-secondary education. Foundation President Kurt Froyen says that all students who apply receive scholarships.
“There’s just one universal application that they have to fill out. That application has to be completed by March 1st. Students who complete that application will be eligible for any scholarship that fits the area of study they’re working toward. Every student that applies, we will find a scholarship for them.”
Students in all areas of study at any institution are eligible to apply. The Knoxville Scholarship Foundation began in 2003, and has awarded over $1 million in scholarships since its inception.
