Residents who live on or within half a block of the Knoxville square can now apply for an overnight parking permit for $25. Previously, parking was not allowed on the square between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m.

To apply for a permit, residents must provide the Knoxville Police Department with proof of residence and vehicle registration. Parking will still be prohibited in this area when the snow ordinance is in effect. Permits can be renewed every January for an additional $25.
