The Indianola School Board met in regular session Monday evening. The board reviewed the Return to Learn Plan, including making up hours lost to early starts over the last several weeks due to cold weather, with a full day now added to the schedule on May 27th, and a half day on May 28th. The board delayed the purchase of chromebooks for elementary school students, approved renewed negotiations for wages with school associates, and received reports from the teacher quality committee, the district math and literacy report, and reports from the board curriculum, HR, finance, and facilities committees.
