Pella Christian High School has announced that Tammi Wight has agreed to be the new leader and head coach of the Eagles volleyball program. Joanna Settles resigned from her position after two seasons earlier this month, leading the team to 37 wins.
Wight was head coach of the JV Eagles in the fall of 2020 and a varsity assistant. She graduated from Oskaloosa High School and was a two-sport athlete at Graceland University. Wight is entering her 19th year as a volleyball coach and has been on staff with three state championship teams in Arizona and Kansas.
