PCM’s boys’ basketball team finished with an 11-11 record and a substrate semifinal berth, and they have three key players that contributed heavily over the course of 2020-21.

Leading the way for the Mustangs was Senior Andrew Mitchell, who shot 43% from the field and averaged over 13 points per game. Second on the team in scoring was Junior Carson Vandelune, who shot 31% from three-point range and averaged right at 13 points per game. Rounding out the productivity was Junior Durant Van Dyke, who averaged nine points and nine rebounds per game.

The Mustangs will have two starters returning next season, who are Vandelune and Van Dyke. Mitchell, Gatlin Boell, and Grant Landgrebe all will be graduating. A key player to watch for next season will be Sophomore August Stock, who appeared in 19 games this past winter.
