The special election for Indianola Mayor will be held on Tuesday, with three candidates on the ballot to fill out the rest of the term ending this year. All three candidates, including current Mayor Pam Pepper, Stephanie Erickson, and Michelle Steen, have been featured on Let’s Talk Indianola earlier this week. Polls will be open from 7am to 8pm on March 2nd. In-person absentee voting will begin when ballots are ready and run through March 1st. Entry into the Administration Building must be through the main doors on the east side of the building. You will be required to have your temperature taken, answer a COVID questionnaire and maintain 6’ distancing while in the Auditor’s office.
