Pleasantville’s girls’ basketball team lost to Earlham in the first round of the playoffs, but the Trojans have a lot to look forward to for 2021.
Pleasantville will be returning their top three scorers and four of their five starters overall next winter. With Malorie McKinney, Adi Adreon, Rachel Harvey, and Riley Thill returning to the lineup, the Trojans will look to add more to their win total next season. Pleasantville finished with double-digit wins for the first time in three years and a .500 regular-season record for the first time since 2010-11.
McKinney, Adreon, and Harvey accounted for 63% of Pleasantville’s points last winter. The Trojans averaged over 41 points per game, which was right in the middle of the pack in the West Central Conference.
