Two individuals were arrested following a pursuit Wednesday morning in Marion County. A foot chase ensued, during which Wickam is accused of discarding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He then gained access to another vehicle in the Casey’s parking lot, at which time a Marion County Deputy deployed a taser and was able to take Wickam into custody.
