The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday. They held a public hearing on and approved the Fiscal Year 2021/2022 budget. They approved March 1st as the city’s COVID-19 Victims and Survivors Memorial Day. They discussed and passed a resolution allowing a downtown assessment to be conducted by the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
