After being cancelled in 2020, Simpson College has announced a pair of in-person commencement ceremonies on May 1st to honor graduates over the past year.

The first ceremony will recognize spring 2020 and fall 2020 graduates and their families at 10am, with the second ceremony honoring spring 2021 graduates beginning at 2pm. Tickets for the event are limited per graduate, and social distancing and mask protocols will be followed. A baccalaureate event is scheduled for Friday, April 30th at 7pm, with additional details of the event to follow.

The ceremonies will mark the first in-person commencement ceremony event since December of 2019, with the COVID-19 pandemic canceling the May and December ceremonies of 2020.
