The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday. They’ll hold a public hearing and consider a resolution on the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget. They’ll discuss and take action as necessary on a Marion County Humane Society contract amendment proposal. They’ll consider a resolution on the creation of an economic development district for central Iowa. They’ll make appointments to the Pella Development Committee and the county magistrate appointing commission.

They’ll consider several ordinances, discuss the VA campus demolition, and conduct the annual evaluation of Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian.

The meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday via Zoom.
