A project that continues to make progress for Pella FFA students is a livestock farm first officially established at the end of October.

Senior Sierra Vander Weerdt says the portable animal learning academy continues to be operated in part by their membership as a learning experience with real-world lessons in managing sheep.

Vander Weerdt is thankful to all of the FFA members past and present, as well as community individuals and businesses for their support.

She says the Pella FFA intends to finish the school year strong with the upcoming state convention and through their food booth returning at Tulip Time in May.
