
It’s been a year since the COVID-19 pandemic changed the course of daily life locally, statewide, and the country.
Pella Area Community and Economic Alliance Executive Director Karen Eischen says after widespread closures to schools, businesses, non-profit organizations, and events — she remains optimistic that a corner has been turned and the upcoming traditional busy season locally will be stronger in 2021 than 2020.
The PACE Alliance is currently planning for a return of Thursdays in Pella this summer, starting in June.
