The Indianola City Council approved the FY2022 budget at their meeting Monday evening. The budget includes three new firefighter/EMS positions for the Indianola Fire Department, the new position of Rental/Code Enforcement Officer, and funding for major infrastructure projects such as the Downtown Square Streetscape, Water Resource Recovery Facility, and Hillcrest/K Street engineering and design.
