As Tulip Time returns this spring, Pella Historical Society and Museums are calling out to anyone available to lend a helping hand during the 86th festival and beyond.

Assistant Director Jessi Vos says they are in need of volunteers for a variety of operations related to the annual celebration in early May, especially as many of their older supporters have opted out from assisting due to concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, even as vaccinations become more widespread.

“There are positions for people who want to wear their Dutch costumes and for those who don’t — we would love your help and we can definitely use it,” she says.
