As the Pella Christian boys track and field team gets ready for its first meet in nearly two years later this month, there’s a solid group of seniors leading the way for the Eagles.

Coach Keith Anderson says that he has good representation from all four classes on this year’s squad, and he’s excited about the seniors who will be setting the tone.

“We have four strong senior leaders in Cody Boender, Carson Breon, Brayton Juffer, and welcoming back to the team after a two year hiatus – Ethan Milligan.  Those four guys are strong and you know what you’re going to get with Cody and Carson.  We’re trying to keep Brayton healthy, as he’s coming off shin splints, but we know he can do some things there as well.”

The Eagle boys will open the 2021 season with a five-team home meet against Knoxville, Pleasantville, Colfax-Mingo and Davis County on March 30th.
