The Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad is being led this spring by Marty Duffy. Duffy is a Twin Cedars alumni and he is enjoying being around his childhood stomping grounds coaching kids and grandkids of his classmates.

Duffy:
“It’s been very interesting and I’ve enjoyed it down here, and it’s exhilarating, a guy my age watching these kids compete.”

The Sabers only have six kids on the squad this season but Duffy says that gives him a chance to get to know his team better than having a larger group. Twin Cedars gets the season started this Thursday at Albia.
