Melcher-Dallas’ track and field teams continue to practice and prepare for meets, and there are a lot of unknowns that surround the teams for their return to action this season.

With uncertainty surrounding the Saints, Melcher-Dallas looks to find some sort of stability before the season begins with who will be competing at a high level for the 2021 season. For the boys, it is going to be a matter of filling events in meets. For the girls, it is going to be youth and inexperience surrounding the squad, but there will be certainty in who will lead the team, and that is Senior J’lyn Knutson.

Melcher-Dallas will travel for their first meet of the season, which is a co-ed meet at Meskwaki Settlement April 5. The meet is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM.
