With only six on the Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad, transporting the team becomes much simpler. Coach Marty Duffy tells KNIA/KRLS Sports they will not need a bus to get to each meet this season, which makes the rides a little easier to take.

Duffy:
“It’s been interesting, I didn’t anticipate this low of numbers and when you can come and go from meets in a suburban it makes it easier, too.”

Duffy says he did not anticipate the low numbers this season, but adds they will make it work and get as many events filled as they can. Twin Cedars will get its season underway on Thursday at Albia.
