The Norwalk football team will face a slate of familiar opponents in district play this fall. The Warriors have moved to Class 4A after the addition of a seventh class. Norwalk has been placed in Class 4A District 5, along with Warren County foes Carlisle and Indianola, and Perry, all whom Norwalk faced in 2020. Also in the district are Bondurant-Farrar and Boone.

Norwalk finished 2-6 in 2020 with a postseason win over Glenwood and loss to Lewis Central. The non-district opponents and full schedule will be released at a later date.
