The Norwalk boys track & field team got its season underway Thursday at the Waukee Early Bird meet. No team scores were kept, but the Warriors had several events place in the top five.

The girls track and field team was also in action Thursday in a meet at Dallas Center-Grimes. No team scores were kept and results were not available, but coach Charity Campbell said the team took home “a lot of hardware.” The Norwalk girls return to action Tuesday at Waukee.
