Pella High School students participated virtually in the NASA 2021 Space Settlement Design Competition this week. They were led by Science Teacher Erin Yoder, who has brought the opportunity to several students over the years since joining the district. Thomas Tangen won on the winning team, “Vulture,” and two other Pella NASA teams who participated: Team Dougeldyne: Zoe Blanton and Nathan Rhinehart, Team Rockdonnell: Taryn Peffers and Eli Ruckman.
