A warrant has been served on a Carlisle man who allegedly committed burglary in Knoxville in October 2020. On October 23rd, the owner of Wash N Dry in Knoxville reported criminal mischief when a man, later identified as 28-year-old Kyle Kenneth Powers, broke into various machines containing US currency. Upon investigation, damages and losses totaled over $3,500.

Powers allegedly committed a similar crime the previous night in Carlisle.

A warrant was served Friday, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 8th. Bond is set at $12,000.
