The Indianola City Council meets in regular session tomorrow. The council will hold a public hearing on the bids for the Downtown Streetscape Project, which came in well above the projected $6.8 million. The council will also consider the second reading of an ordinance to change the traffic on the downtown square from one-way to two-way traffic, a resolution approving recycling services for appliance and electronics drop-off, and consider an increase in the stormwater utility fees from $2 to $6 per equivalent residential unit. The council will also consider an event application for the Friday Night Live Concert Series this summer before going into closed session to discuss litigation. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
