The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration will offer drug take-back sites Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at various locations. Locally, drugs can be deposited at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Pella Police Department, and Norwalk Police Department.

Residents can prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. Only pills and patches can be accepted. The site cannot accept cannot accept liquids, needles or sharps. The service is free and anonymous, with no questions asked.
