Both of Pleasantville’s track teams will try to focus on finishing higher in the rest of their meets this season.

The Trojans have struggled to place high in most meets. Approximately two-thirds of both Trojans’ squads never ran a high school track meet before this season, and the rest have been off for two years before this spring due to COVID-19.

Pleasantville will hope to finish strong as both track teams will be on the road Thursday. The Trojans’ boys will have a meet at Martensdale-St. Mary’s, while the girls will travel to Baxter. Both meets begin at 4:30 PM.
