
The Pella Community School District reported its first positive COVID-19 test in a student since spring break on Tuesday. According to the school’s COVID-19 statistics dashboard, overall district absences were slightly up this week, peaking at 3 percent of all students on Tuesday and finishing the week at 2.1%, close to the current 2020-21 average. No staff member has missed class for a COVID-19 related reason since April 13th.
