Today marks the beginning of the spring cleanup week for Indianola. The Indianola Brush Facility is accepting electronics drop off today from 9am to 4pm, which includes unwanted household electronic hazards, with an additional $25 fee for computer monitors and televisions.

Beginning Monday is the city-wide cleanup, with residents putting items out on the curb they wish to dispose of by 7am on their designated recycling day.

And on Thursday, April 29th will be the hazardous waste collection from noon to 4pm, which includes fluorescent light bulbs, aerosol cleaners, and oil filters among many other items. For more information on the cleanup week, go to this story on KNIAKRLS.com.
