A long-time volunteer at the annual Tulip Time celebration is calling out to fellow residents to help continue supporting the festival by giving their time.

Judy Steenhoek encourages anybody in the Pella community to get involved by volunteering through Pella Historical Society or the various non-profit organizations that come together during Tulip Time.

Steenhoek has served in a variety of roles, including Tulip Court mom, parade float builder, and as a musician during several festivities, including Feesthouden evening entertainment and the Tulip Queen and Court coronation ceremony.
