Melcher-Dallas’ coed golf meet at Lamoni that was originally scheduled for Tuesday is moved to today.

The Saints’ girls finished with a score of 246 in their dual matchup Monday, just three strokes behind Wayne. Despite the team loss, Kynser Reed put forth one of her better scores of the season, finishing with an even 50, good enough to medal in the matchup. Melcher-Dallas’ second-lowest golfer of the meet Kynser’s sister, Kasyn, who finished with a 61, good enough for fifth overall.

The Saints’ boys also finished with a score of 246 Monday, which finished fourth in their quadrangular with Lamoni, Wayne, and Southeast Warren. Melcher-Dallas’ top golfer of the meet was once again Trevon Johnson, who scored a 48. Johnson’s score placed him seventh overall. Chase Ripperger finished second on the Saints with a score of 61, good enough for 19th overall.

The meet will be at the Lamoni Golf and Country Club and will begin at 4:00 PM.
