The Knoxville Raceway looks to make it 3/3 in getting race nights in to start the season. The last time that happened was the 2014 season when the first six race nights were completed before weather affected the action. Tonight looks to be a perfect night for 410s, 360s, and Pro Sprints action. While it is only two weeks into the season, some interesting points races are starting to emerge. Austin McCarl last week’s 410 winner, leads the points, however Davey Heskin and Brooke Tatnell are tied for 2nd place heading into tonight’s action. Brian Brown, who has had bad luck in the A-Mains is not scheduled to be at Knoxville tonight choosing to run with the World of Outlaws this weekend in Odessa, Missouri. The 360s are led by Lee Grosz, who likely will not race the full season at Knoxville, week one winner Jamie Ball is in 2nd place. Week one Pro Sprints winner Tyler Groenendyk, on the strength of two podiums, leads the early points.
