The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday. The meeting will begin with mayoral proclamations of Police Week and Municipal Clerks Week. The council will consider the adoption of the city budget. They’ll hold public hearings and consider code changes regarding swimming pools and front decks. They’ll also consider action on the education building on the VA campus.
