The Iowa High School Music Association held its large group contests over the weekend at various locations across the state.

Knoxville competed at Winterset, and earned Division I ratings in both Mixed Chorus and Concert Band.

Indianola competed at Dallas Center-Grimes and earned Division I ratings in Mixed Chorus ensembles 2 and 3, String Orchestra, and Concert Band Ensemble 2; Division II ratings in Bass Clef Chorus, Treble Clef Chorus and Concert Band Ensemble 1; and a Division III rating in Mixed Chorus Ensemble 1.

Norwalk was also at Dallas Center-Grimes, and earned a Division I rating in Mixed Chorus. They earned Division II ratings in Bass Clef Chorus, and both Treble Clef Chorus ensembles.
