The Indianola boys tennis team’s season came to a close Thursday, playing in the preliminary substate round at Johnston High School. The Indians third place finish on Wednesday put them in a matchup with the host Dragons, where the Indians dropped the six contests. Head coach Jamie Busby tells KNIA Sports the team fought hard, and she is really proud of the team and how well they did this year. The Indians graduate nine seniors from the roster.
The Indianola boys soccer team fell on the road at Ottumwa 3-2 in overtime.
