The Knoxville Girls Soccer Squad knows who it will play in the first round of the class 1A regional. The Panthers will travel to Pella Christian on May 26th. The Eagles already have a win over Knoxville back on May 3rd. Coach Matt Ritchart tells KNIA/KRLS Sport that Pella Christian has his team scouted well.

Ritchhart:
“I feel pretty confident in that game, we’ll have to earn it. They followed Taylor Jones all game and they should to their credit. I told Taylor to take that as a compliment. We’re going to watch film and adjust some things and see what happens on the 26th.

Ritchhart adds Taylor Jones and Hanna Linsley are the focal points of the scoring. He says they need to have other players score to take pressure off of Jones and Linsley.
