PCM Girls Golf’s Season ends in Panorama

PCM’s girls golf season comes to an end Monday as all three golfers competed, but came up short in the regional playoff meet at the Preserve on Rathbun Lake in Panorama Monday.

The Mustangs’ low golfer of the meet was Eleigh Davis, who shot a 121, 18 strokes off from the cutoff score needed to go to the next round. Tori Peterson finished second on PCM with a score of 146. Riley Johannes finished third on the Mustangs in the meet with a score of 149.

This meet concludes PCM’s girls golf season.

PCM Soccer Shutout Again in Home Finale

PCM’s soccer squad will end their regular season winless at home as they lose their fourth straight match, losing 4-0 against West Central Valley.

This loss drops the Mustangs to 2-10 on the season and is also the fourth consecutive time they were shut out in a match. PCM has now lost their last four matches by a combined score of 29-0. The Mustangs will finish the season with an 0-6 record at home and an 0-2 record in Heart of Iowa Conference play. The two teams will play again Thursday in the first round of the playoffs at West Central Valley.

PCM will finish their regular season tonight as they travel to Des Moines Christian. The match will begin at 7:30 PM.
