Ground has been broken and construction is underway for a playground in Pella meant for all kids of all ages and abilities. A significant portion of the Wonder Spelen at Kiwanis Park will be completed by this fall, with fundraising still ongoing to support additional amenities to provide more opportunities and experiences for children in the area. Mark Wiskus with Wonder Spelen says he has been overwhelmed by the support of the community for the project that gives kids of all physical and mental abilities the chance to play safely.
