Kennedy Pelzer, Sophia Mason, Rayne Olson, and Danika Park will represent Pleasantville at the State Tournament at Drake Stadium this week.

The four Trojan ladies qualified for the state tournament by finishing second in their district meet behind PCM at West Marshall last Thursday. Pelzer tells KNIA Sports that it was a combination of luck and skill that contributed to the Trojans qualifying, even though they set a personal record.

“I’m really proud that we did our best, we went and set a PR for the season by three seconds.”
