The Norwalk girls tennis team’s season came to a close Wednesday in the regional individual tournament at Valley. In the first round, Madison Haskell and Sami Aagard picked up singles wins, while the doubles team of Anya Kallenbach/Charlee Peters won in doubles. The doubles team of Kelsey Dammeier/Ava Johnson received a first round bye.

The Warriors dropped each match in the second round to bow out of the tournament.

The boys soccer postseason begins tonight, and the Warriors have been placed in Class 3A Substate 3. Norwalk travels to take on Urbandale in a 6:30 p.m. match. Tonight’s winner advances to Monday’s substate semifinals at Johnston.
