The seniors of the Tulip City high school will be celebrated this weekend, as Pella will host commencement Friday and Pella Christian on Saturday.

Ceremonies will be held this Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Central College Kuyper Fieldhouse for the Dutch and at PCHS on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. for the Eagles.

This follows two award nights held for the Class of 2021, including an event held this Wednesday in conjunction with Dollars for Scholars on Eagle Lane. Between the two community schools, more than 150 individuals were honored with grants and scholarships through the program, with $117,000 in financial aid provided for post-secondary education in 2021.
