The Indianola Public Library Summer Reading Program begins soon, with the theme of Color Your World. Janice Comer with the library tells KNIA News there are a ton of arts and crafts projects planned for both kids and adults, and more importantly all the events will be in-person this summer.

“With all of the stuff that’s been going on I haven’t really had a chance to interact as much as I would like, so I am just pumped to have the storytime kids back, the bigger kids coming back, I am just pumped. It’s been a tough year for everybody, and we miss our people badly. So we are really excited about that.”

The Summer Reading Program begins on Tuesday, June 1st, with all events for kids requiring no registration. For more information, click below.
