The Pella baseball team fell 6-3 to Carlisle, while the Eagles dropped a 17-2 contest vs. No. 5 in 2A Roland-Story Tuesday night. Two athletes from the Tulip City high schools hit home runs in their respective contests, including Jason Knox of Pella and Bennett Spronk of Pella Christian.

Pella Christian will open the fields of Eagle Lane at both the softball and baseball diamonds, with both games on the air or online this evening. Hear the baseball team from PCHS on 92.1 KRLS vs. Pleasantville at 6:45 p.m., while the softball girls begin at 7 p.m. on the KRLS3 stream.
