The Norwalk athletics department will enjoy the Memorial Day holiday off, but will return to action with events Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the baseball team will look to remain undefeated in their first road trip of the year, a doubleheader at Ballard. It’s an early start, with the first pitch scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in Slater. The softball team will host ADM that night at 7:00.

Little Hawkeye Conference play begins Wednesday when the Warriors host Pella. Game 2 of the softball doubleheader will air on 94.3 KNIA.

Both teams will return to action Friday at Oskaloosa. The baseball game will air on KNIA3 at 7:30 p.m.
